AgentWave sells digital products — specifically, pre-built AI agent configuration files including personas, skill packs, and workflow templates ("Products"). All Products are delivered as digital downloads. There are no physical goods.
Products are intended for use with AI assistant software. AgentWave does not guarantee specific results from the use of any Product, as outcomes depend on the AI model, platform, and configuration used by the buyer.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize AgentWave to charge the payment method you provide. All prices are listed in US dollars.
Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment. You will receive a download link via email.
Because our Products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where a Product is materially defective or fails to deliver as described. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to [email protected].
All content on this Site, including product descriptions, copy, and design, is the property of AgentWave. Purchased Products are licensed for personal and commercial use by the buyer. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense Products without written permission from AgentWave.
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AgentWave makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted use. Use of AI agent configurations is at your own risk.
AgentWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
AgentWave reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
